Cabinet Warranty Information
Thank you and congratulations on your purchase of an ArtiCraft Cabinetry product! You have purchased one of the best cabinetry that was built with the highest standard of workmanship.
What is Your Warranty?
Articraft products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid with the original purchaser and is non- transferable.
What if the products are no longer available?
Articraft reserves the right to alter design, switching to new materials, or changing in specification as market preferences require. If a warranty claim is filed after a product line is obsolete or no longer available, Articraft, at its discretion, reserves the right to honor the warranty with one of the following options:
• Replace the affected component with a new component of the same style
• Replace the affected component with a new component that is as similar as possible, if the original component is no longer in inventory.
What if the product was replaced or repaired?
Once a defective component is replaced or repaired, Articraft does not guarantee that the finish and appearance of the replaced or repaired component, due to aging in natural wood, will be of the same finish and appearance as the existing component.
How to claim your warranty
In order to claim a warranty for your purchased product, please contact your dealer or distributor in writing, detailing the alleged defect(s), who will then inspect the component. Dated proof of purchase is required with the written claim.
